What to expect

1. Our consultant will first sit down with you to understand how your business operates and what you would like to change or improve about your current services including  what new applications may be needed. 

2. After we understand exactly how you utilize your voice, data, and wireless services we will then start our quoting process with the appropriate carriers in your area. 

3.  Once we have finished negotiating with the carriers our consultant will then carefully review and explain what the differences are between each proposal and why we have chosen these solutions for your business. 

4.  When the solution you desire is confirmed we will prepare all the contracts for you and explain any and all of the particular nuances associated with the agreement so you are fully educated on what you are purchasing.

5.  Shortly after we have received your signed contracts you will be contacted by your assigned Service Delivery Coordinator who will confirm your order and become your primary point of contact throughout the installation process.

6. Our Service Delivery Coordinator will work with the carrier implementation team advising your I.T. staff and hardware vendor of the progress and any information they may need to prepare for the installation. 

7. The day your service will be delivered our staff will be coordinating with the carrier, your I.T. staff, and your hardware vendor for a successful and smooth transition without any service interruptions.  

8.  After everything has completed Integral Choice will continue to support you for any questions or concerns you may have.
